2017 SECOND PRIZE FOR BEST RUSSIAN BOOK IN TRANSLATION

For the second year running, the judges, in agreement with Pushkin House, also agreed to award a special subsidiary prize of £2,000 for the best Russian book in translation, to the translators of Teffi’s 'Memories: From Moscow to the Black Sea',  Robert & Elizabeth Chandler, Irina Steinberg and Anne-Marie Jackson - (Pushkin Press).
