Learn more about the TRUSTEES of Pushkin House. Pushkin House has been established to serve as a home and dedicated showcase for Russian culture in London, a focus for Anglo-Russian cultural exchange, a provider of education and information on Russian language and culture, a resource and networking centre for individuals and institutions.
We are all saddened by the loss of actor-musician Yuri Stepanov, who died on 16 July. Yuri appeared many times at Pushkin House. His funeral takes place on Thursday 29 July 2010 at 12.30 at the Russian Church in Ennismore Gardens
The comfortably-furnished Library provides Friends of Pushkin House with is a haven where they can escape the bustle of the London streets and relax in a cocoon of Russian culture.
Ranged along its book-lined walls you will find, for example: multi-volume sets of the classics of Russian literature; copiously illustrated histories of Russian art and architecture; albums of the collections of the major Russian museums and galleries ...
