A live debate on the forces of development and conservation in St.Petersburg. Charles Phu and Anton Glikin, both architects, will debate issues of progress and conservation related to St Petersburg, and in particular many aesthetic considerations arising from the planned construction of the new Gazprom tower.

Please note that this event will be preceded at 6.45pm by a talk by Anton Glikin entitled “St. Petersburg’s Future: Historicism, Anti-Historicism, Pseudo-Historicism or Preservation?”
