Irina Prokhorova is the editor-in-chief of the highly-regarded Russian literary journal and publishing house New Literary Observer . She came to international prominence in 2012 when, with her brother Michael standing as opposition candidate for Russian president, she took part in a live presidential debate with a spokesman for Vladimir Putin. She will discuss among other things themes from her latest book, 1990: Russians Remember a Turning-Point .
John Lloyd is contributing editor to the Financial Times and co-founder of the Reuters Institute for Journalism at Oxford University. During 1990 he was Financial Times correspondent in Moscow.
