If you love maths puzzles and brain-teasers, love solving original problems and tasks and are between 9-16 years old, you are welcome to take part in the first London Mathematical Olympiad!
There are two rounds of the Olympiad in May and June for three age groups: 9 – 11; 12 – 14 and 15 – 16. Each group will tackle numeracy, logic, geometry and general acuity tests.
Submissions for the first round in May will be made by e-mail in response to tasks set on the website here. Participation is free of charge. Qualifying participants from this electronic round will be invited to take part in the second round on 8 June at Pushkin House, where there will be a £10 entry fee.
All participants will receive a certificate. Winners in each age group will be awarded a diploma and prize.
