Refunds Policy


When can I cancel my Pushkin House subscription?

Annual non-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration and the amount paid to Pushkin House Trust for this subscription will be refunded in full. Pushkin House Trust will terminate the membership at the time of refund.

Annual Premium Membership subscriptions may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration, or within thirty (30) days of the renewal date.

If you have purchased Membership that is auto-renewing (standing order) and would like to cancel your subscription, please email office@pushkinhouse.org.uk and it will be deactivated your as quickly as possible after receiving notification.

Refunds will be credited back to the account of the member, via bank transfer.

Where a refund is claimed, we will process it as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days for us to return your money.

Refund and cancellation for tickets

If you have booked and are unable to attend please provide 24 hours’ notice, so that the place can be made available to another member on the waiting list. 

There is no charge for cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the event. 

You may send a substitute to an event in your place. If the event is only available to members, or members of a certain level, the substitute must also be a member/hold that level of membership.

No refund will be given for cancellations received on the day of the event.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
