Installation is available to view at our bar from Thursday, 1 February to Friday, 16 March during our normal opening hours!
Pushkin House presents 'Entwine – The Room 盤纏 – 候' by contemporary art duo Ghost and John, with Molotov-cocktail-like living plant sculptures imbued with socio-political content that deal with issues of identity, race, religion, immigration and climate emergency. With a twist on ancient astrology, the bar is transformed into a room visualising the psychological states of those waiting for the change to come while contemplating ways to live if the change never comes.
Join us for the opening of the installation on Thursday, 1 February at our Social, where the artists will be present!
Additionally, as a part of a Pushkin House x Ghost and John collaboration, the artists will be joining our March Young session as well as facilitating a workshop on Saturday, March 16.
