We will obtain personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, purchase an item or ticket, choose to support us or subscribe to our newsletter. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details. For example, if you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your name and email address. This data is processed under several lawful bases:
Consent: the individuals have given clear consent for us to process their personal data for a specific purpose;
Legitimate interest: we add journalists and media contacts to our newsletter as it’s in their interests to receive it;

How do we use this information?
We will use your personal information to process your bookings and orders and to provide you with the services, products or information you have requested. We may need to share your information with our service providers and agents for these purposes. But we will not share it with anyone else. If you have provided credit card details, these will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual booking or order and will not be stored.
We also analyse the personal information that you and others provide in order to obtain a better understanding of our audiences and improve the services that we have on offer. You can change your mind about this at any time by contacting us.
We may from time to time use pixels from advertising providers like Facebook, Twitter, and Google Adwords in order to deliver ads that are relevant to you and your interests. These cookies can track your browsing history across our websites. If you wish to prevent these cookies you can opt out of these cookies through your device’s browser security settings or via any account you have with the advertising providers.
We also use the Facebook Pixel, which (if you are a Facebook user) enables us to deliver adverts that are relevant to you via Facebook. The Facebook Pixel is a cookie that collects information about your visit to our site (such as your IP address). That information is relayed to Facebook by the Facebook Pixel. If you do not have a Facebook account the data is not used and is deleted. If you have a Facebook account, Facebook can then recognise you from your IP address the next time you log in to Facebook and deliver advertising to you based on the information it collected from your visit to our site. If you wish to stop the Facebook Pixel from collecting information, you can do so by changing your settings in your account.
How do we protect your personal information?
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Your rights to your data
Under the GDPR, you have a right to check what information we hold on you, to correct it and to delete it. To request access to your information, please email us. We will endeavour to correct, update or delete information as requested as quickly as possible, or at least within one month.
