Our Young programme is a monthly gathering for people aged 18–26. It offers an informal and flexible space for young adults to meet, connect, and begin conversations that often continue outside our walls. The atmosphere is open and social, with occasional guest sessions led by artists, writers, and creatives who share their practices in intimate, conversational settings.
Our Workshops, held on Saturdays, are artist-led sessions that centre on themes of migration, displacement, borders, identity, personal archives, and diasporic knowledge. We invite artists from diverse backgrounds and diasporas to share their methodologies and perspectives with our audiences through hands-on, collaborative sessions. These workshops are not only about learning – they are about honouring lived experience and creating space for reflection, exchange, and care.
At its core, Participation ensures that Pushkin House remains open – a place where people from across London’s diasporic communities can gather, create, and feel at home.
