Refunds Policy

Cancelling being a Friend of Muse of Pushkin House

Annual non-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration. Annual renewing subscriptions (made via GoCardless) may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration, or within thirty (30) days of the renewal date. The amount paid to Pushkin House Trust for these subscriptions will be refunded in full. Pushkin House Trust will terminate the membership at the time of refund.

Refunds will be credited back to the account of the member, via bank transfer. Where a refund is claimed, we will process it as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days for us to return your money.

If you have an annual renewing subscription made before 2019 via standing order and would like to cancel your subscription, you need to let your bank know. Pushkin House Trust is not able to terminate a standing order.

Refund and cancellation for tickets

If you have booked and are unable to attend please provide 24 hours’ notice, so that the place can be made available to someone else on the waiting list. There is no charge for cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the event start time. 

You may send a substitute to an event in your place. If you purchased your ticket as a Friend or Muse of Pushkin House, the substitute must also be a Friend or Muse of Pushkin House.

No refund will be given for cancellations received on the day of the event.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and order ID number (if the purchase was made online). Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 28 days for us to refund your money.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
